In 2000 we spent Christmas in Germany with our daughter and her family. My son-in-law was stationed at Landstuhl Hospital. We visited many Christmas markets and churches throughout the country. It was just a magical experience!

Last Christmas my husband gave me the iron trellis I had wanted for several months. I had already purchased several of my favorite glass beaded necklace for him to give me so was totally not expecting anything else. He had hidden it at my mother's house for me to find.Talk about totally suprised. Jeannean Jenkins

i think the best christmas i had was when my husband got home early from a tour in viet nam. it was 1965 - that's a long time ago. i hope there are some families this year that get the same surprise and their family member gets home from overseas in time.
